BICA 2025 Social / Cultural Program
BICA 2025 will include a Welcome Reception and a Banquet for all conference participants
In addition, a set of optional Special Events will be organized during the conference days. Special Events are offered to registered participants for free and will be handled by the conference Organizers. To register for a Special Event, please add a symbolic head-counting $35 USD during your registration, indicating the event name (you can also make this payment separately). You will receive a full refund of your deposit in cash when you attend the event (and you may need cash there). Regular prices of these events are many times higher. The list of offered Special Events follows below.
Special event planned for BICA 2020: Saturday, August 9th Sunset Catamaran Cruise
4 hours. Aboard a Catamaran Tour for a trip like no other, where you will enjoy the breathtaking views of Puerto Vallarta and Banderas Bay amidst an atmosphere of tranquility and luxury. The trip includes: Snorkeling equipment 🤿 Life jackets Fishing rods 🎣 Kayak 🛶 Paddle board

Event 1: Rhythms of the night
5 hours. Includes sunset cruise, open bar & oceanfront dinner. Immerse yourself in the magical mysticism of Las Caletas by night with an enchanting evening excursion from Puerto Vallarta. Watch the sun sink into the shimmering sea as you sail to a secluded beach surrounded by rugged rock formations. Dine upon a gourmet buffet dinner by candlelight before watching the renowned Rhythms of the Night show, a stunning spectacle that transports viewers to a spiritual land that time forgot.
Event 2: Colomitos Hike
Puerto Vallarta is surrounded by stunning natural attractions. Travel to the quiet fishing town of Boca de Tomatlán during this private half-day excursion.
