Registration Fees for Virtual and On-Site Participation

The 2026 Annual International Conference on Biologically Inspired Cognitive Architectures, the 17th Annual Meeting of the BICA Society, brings together the international research community to share advances in biologically inspired cognitive architectures. Paper presentations will be conducted in both in-person and virtual formats, enabling broad global participation.
The registration fees are as follows:

Early Bird

• Offline: USD 450

• Online (with a paper): USD 250

Regular

• Offline: USD 550

• Online (with a paper): USD 350

The price includes up to 12 Springer pages per article. There is an additional charge of USD 50 for each extra page (General limits: minimum 5 and maximum 25 pages).

Online participation without presentation is free of charge, without a talk or article. It requires the prior submission of a biography, registered as an “abstract.”
