This year’s BICA*AI will be held as a hybrid conference from 13-15 August 2025,  which will take place at the CUCOSTA campus of the University of Guadalajara.
 
To submit your publication for the BICA*AI-25 hybrid conference, please follow the link on the Easy Chair website (Coming soon).

For general attendance at the colocated AGI-25 conference (both virtual and in-person), registration options will be posted on this page soon.
Papers may be published in either Springer Studies in Computational Intelligence (SCI) and some will be recommended for submission to Elsevier Cognitive Systems Research (CSR).
Papers must be a minimum of 6 pages in length and those intended for CSR will be reviewed by the BICA*AI PC and then, if invited, resubmitted via the Elsevier portal. Both should be published by the end of the year.
The submission deadline for Springer SCI papers is July 22th. The Elseveir CSR submission deadline is early November.
